You can also easily find your insurance certificates, directly in the application.
Finally, if you have health insurance, you can consult your reimbursements, download your third-party payment card, estimate your reimbursements, take steps, send documents, benefit from a teleconsultation and locate a health professional.

You can :
- Report a claim: provide details of the circumstances of your claim and attach up to 3 photos to complete your claim. Once the declaration has been sent, PACIFICA services will contact you again.
- Management of your current claim: in order to simplify/accelerate the processing of your file, you can send in real time the supporting documents requested by your manager.
- Dealing with “Broken glass”: if you have subscribed to the broken glass option, easily find a nearby automotive glazing specialist using a geolocated directory.
- Edit your certificates: you can consult, download or send by email the most useful insurance certificates.
- Access emergency services or contact a manager directly. The application also includes a service allowing deaf or hard of hearing customers to contact an assistant.
- Consult the details of your car, life accident and health insurance contracts.
For health insurance:
- Consult, download or send by email your third-party payment card
- Track your health reimbursements with a history over the last 24 months
- Estimate your reimbursements for routine optical, dental, hospital and hearing aid care costs
- Get in touch with a health professional thanks to teleconsultation
- Locate a healthcare professional from the Carte Blanche Partenaires network or a doctor
- Access Health Magazine articles
- Benefit from a coaching service thanks to well-being and health courses
- Send an invoice, a quote or request hospital treatment
These features are accessible to Pacifica customers with a bank account at Crédit Agricole or Banque Chalus. We are actively looking for solutions to allow all our customers to access it, including those who no longer have/no account.
